ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR

The 3rd executive committee started its journey by launching and hitting a compact learning session on "Organizational Behavior - Edition 1" executed by the wonderful HR personality, Mr. Saifur Rahman, Admin-HR, BSRM. His story of experiencing his overall work-life contributed to the learning session. The session was based solely on the behavior of individuals and groups within the structure of an organization, which provided a wide perspective about behavior in the organization and its impact and enhancing our student’s know-how in about behavior in the corporate. Office politics and cultural shock was also some interrelated topics on the day.

Mr. Rahman's mechanics of two-way flow information along with engaging activities with the participants made the event more high-spirited and ultimately shouted as the first successful event from the 3rd Executive Committee.

On the very day, the 2nd Executive Committee was designated with the alumni honor and esteemed for their contribution.
